How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. THERE IS A PROCESSING TIME INVOLVED FOR SOME DESIGNS BASED ON THEIR AVAILABILITY. Most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs.

I’m unsure about sizing. Can you help?
Absolutely. If you’re between sizes or would like help with measurements, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to guide you. MOST DESIGNS CAN BE CUSTOM MADE TO FIT YOUR PERFECT MEASUREMENTS.

Will the colour look exactly the same as the photos?
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but slight colour differences can occur depending on lighting and screen settings.

How should I care for my Waidurya piece?
Because many of our garments include delicate fabrics, embroidery or hand-finished details, we generally recommend gentle professional cleaning or dry cleaning where appropriate.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the customer.
